Sara Hatfield

Chairman of the Board, Budget & Financial Management Committee Lead

Sara graduated from the University of Maryland-College Park in 2021 with her Bachelors of Science in Community Health and is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Sara is one of the original co-founders of Public Health Beyond Borders, Inc. and served as the organization's first President and CEO. She previously served as a Public Health Advisor with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention working in Health Department Quality Improvement. Sara currently works at the Johns Hopkins Center for Injury Research and Policy. In her free time, she enjoys sipping iced lattes, walking her friend's dog Koda, and running.
