Emma Dacey

Emma is a founding member of PHBB Inc. and currently serves on both the Board of Directors and the Monitoring & Evaluation Committee. A graduate of the Global Public Health Scholars Program at the University of Maryland and former Secretary of the Board, she brings a strong public health background to her leadership roles. Emma is based in Washington, DC, and works as a Content Operations Manager at Blushark Digital. Her passion for public health continues to guide her career, and she remains deeply committed to supporting PHBB’s mission and growth.
