Crystal Huang

Chapter Liaison, Comms & Marketing Committee Member

Crystal Huang graduated from Temple University in 2026 with a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in public health. She currently works as an OBGYN medical assistant and volunteers around her community in her free time. She has been involved with PHBB since 2022, and has held various roles within her campus chapter, including President. She co-led the 2025 Peru trip and held initiatives in nutrition, hygiene, menstrual health, and water access and quality in the rural communities of Compone and Paucartambo. At Temple, she served as a College of Science and Technology Peer Advisor, helped manage the college food pantry (Cherry Pantry), contributed to Grey Matters, an undergraduate Neuroscience journal, and volunteered at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Her clinical background includes working as a Patient Care Technician and volunteering at Geisinger Medical Center. She has also conducted research at Xiberlinc, a neurotechnology company in Tokyo, Japan, and with the Neural Injury Biomechanics Laboratory at Temple. Crystal hopes to attend medical school and pursue a career in neonatology or maternal-fetal medicine.
